Shree Vetal Institute of Education and Training provides a course of study which leads to the Diploma In Elementary Education (D.EL.Ed) of two years duration. The Institution is located in a very healthy environment at Housing Board, Colvale, Bardez – Goa and is managed by Halarnkar Education Society under the able leadership of Shri Nilkant R. Halarnkar.
The major goal of the institute is to impart education to the teachers working in the field of elementary education through training of fresh incumbents to be full – fledged teachers and refresher programmes on various areas of education for teachers with a considerable span of experience.
